About the Role and Your Responsibilities

As a teacher at Hedda Anderssongymnasiet, you will work together with a number of colleagues at the school in a pedagogical process team.

Each team has a pedagogical process leader who guides the team's work in daily operations. The team is responsible for teaching a number of classes in a program where you contribute with your pedagogical skills and subject knowledge. You will have a unique opportunity to influence how the new school's teaching will be shaped. Part of the teaching is project-oriented, and you will collaborate with our external network to ensure that students' work is based on real challenges and presented to external stakeholders.

As a teacher, you are expected to:

• Collaborate with your colleagues on teaching that is based on current challenges in the world.
• Contribute to concrete collaboration with external actors in subject-integrated project-based teaching.
• Act as a mentor for a group of students at the school.
• Participate in the school's joint development work.

We are looking for you

Who has a teaching license for upper secondary education in economic subjects. We are looking for a skilled teacher with an interest in school development and experience in interdisciplinary approaches. You are enthusiastic, collaborative, and create a positive atmosphere in the groups you are part of. We value that you spread joy at work and contribute to solutions. About the Workplace

Hedda Anderssongymnasiet is Lund Municipality's newest upper secondary school focused on creativity, collaboration, and entrepreneurship. Together, we take the first steps towards creating a better future for us all. Hedda started in 2018 and offers programs in economics, technology, social sciences, and natural sciences. Hedda Anderssongymnasiet currently has about 1300 students, and for the start of the 2026/2027 school year, the economics program will grow from two to three teams. In the summer of 2023, we moved into our newly built school building on Svanevägen/Möllegatan, which accommodates 1650 upper secondary students and 350 primary school students.
