JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a teacher with a focus on leisure homes who wants to help shape and develop our leisure home. Edenryd School is an F-6 school with about 121 students and two leisure home departments.

Your mission is based on your ability to create good conditions for student learning in collaboration with other educators at the school. You will have close cooperation with the school's educators and the team at the leisure home. We believe in collegial learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a teacher with a focus on leisure homes or has a leisure pedagogy education
• is well-structured
• has a toolbox with various strategies to guide and challenge students in their knowledge development
• involves students in planning and develops their ability to learn
• is secure and stable in your adult role and has a good ability to build good relationships
• has good collaboration skills, listens, and understands people's different conditions for learning

You have a strong commitment and are well aware of the school's and leisure home's curriculum. Together with the team, you plan and organize your work effectively for the student and the student group. Since we believe in collegial learning, collaboration with both students and staff is of great importance, and you have the ability to take your own initiatives and responsibility.
