Flyingeskolan is a safe and pleasant school with small classes where each class has its own teacher. The staff includes resource personnel, special educators, and leisure staff who together support the students' development.

Your mission

In the role of teacher with us, you are responsible for creating a safe, structured, and developing learning environment where each student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

• Plan, implement, and follow up on teaching together with the team based on each student's needs and conditions.
• Be a mentor and follow up on the student's goal fulfillment, well-being, and development in close dialogue with the student and guardians.
• Actively contribute to the development of the pedagogical and social work of the organization.

Your experience

We are looking for someone with the right education and experience to meet the students' needs and contribute to inclusive and developing teaching.

• Certified teacher with qualifications to teach English and social studies, as well as preferably more subjects for grades 4–6.
• Experience teaching grades 4-6.
• Good experience using digital tools to support teaching, documentation, and communication.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with students with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF).
