Job responsibilities

In anticipation of upcoming retirements this summer, Rönnowska school is now looking for a new dedicated teacher in mathematics and science for our Individual program.

As a teacher with us, you will be part of an experienced and professional team where the individual development of the student is at the center. The work requires high flexibility and pedagogical responsiveness, as each student follows a unique study plan.

The role includes close mentorship, which is a central part of our mission to prepare students for future studies or careers. We offer a workplace with strong collegial community and a shared drive to help every student achieve their set goals.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed teacher with qualifications to teach mathematics and science at the elementary and high school levels. You have very good knowledge and experience working with students who need extra adaptations and special support. For you, it is natural as a teacher and mentor to work relationally in your role, and you use varied teaching methods for knowledge-seeking, communication, creativity, and learning. Your work promotes creative and inclusive learning environments. You actively keep up with research and development. By planning, following up, analyzing, documenting, and developing education, you create and share knowledge about what leads to higher goal fulfillment.

As a person, you are a clear leader in the classroom with the ability to create structure, coherence, and good relationships. You are a team player with a focus on solutions and contribute to a pleasant work environment. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
