Job responsibilities

As a special educator, you work on building relationships and see that your work together with others makes a difference for each individual and enables a place for change. The work is varied, challenging, and developing in your profession. Together with the school's staff and EHT, you work for an accessible and good learning environment for our students. You guide your colleagues and initiate the right interventions in collaboration with other professionals in EHT.

As a special educator at Rönnowska School, your main task is to contribute to the learning of our students. You are responsible for the students' learning and development by starting from each student's specific knowledge and conditions. You highlight the subject through creative and practical teaching. You are expected to drive continuous development work within the subject and the work team. The role includes close collaboration with students and colleagues to achieve good results together.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed teacher and qualified special educator in Swedish. You are interested in being part of an ambitious staff group that constantly develops its operations with the whole in mind. In accordance with the assignment, you can also take responsibility and work independently.

As a teacher, you have the ability to focus on the student. Through pedagogical skill, you find it easy to connect with people and convey your knowledge to our students. You use pedagogical documentation as a method to increase awareness of your own work in the school. With the help of pedagogical documentation, you visualize and reflect on attitudes and learning processes. The documentation is used to understand and make new decisions. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
