Do you want to work in an international environment where structure, problem-solving, and collaboration are at the core? We are now looking for a Visa & Work Permit Consultant for a consulting assignment where you will play a key role in ensuring that technical specialists can work globally.

About the assignment

As a Visa & Work Permit Consultant, you are the business partner and expert in visa and work permit processes. You act as a local specialist in host country immigration regulations and ensure that all processes are handled correctly, efficiently, and on time.

You will be part of a team of 34 dedicated colleagues who together support Field Service Engineers worldwide. The team works with planning, scheduling, visas, tax issues, invoicing, and other administrative tasks. 🤝

Your responsibilities

Ensure compliance with regulations when applying for the correct visa and work permit for the respective host country

Coordinate and administer the entire visa and work permit process from start to finish

Ensure that permits are obtained on time so that delegates can be on-site as planned

Proactively communicate with the relevant business unit about the risk of delays

Act as an advisor in immigration-related matters

Coordinate local activities and contacts related to applications

Document and structure the work so that a stand-in can easily take over in case of absence

We are looking for someone who has

Experience in administrative work

Experience in handling multiple parallel and complex cases simultaneously

Good communication skills

It is an advantage if you have experience with international processes or immigration cases
