What can we offer you?

As a medical secretary with us, you will have a versatile and developing role. Your tasks will include medical documentation, appointment scheduling, reception work, mail handling, referral management, cases in 1177, and registrations in our patient administrative system. You will work closely with healthcare staff and be a key person in our development and improvement work.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a KY or YH education as a medical secretary or equivalent, with good knowledge of the Swedish language. You are used to working with various IT tools, preferably the medical record systems Melior and Elvis. You are quality-conscious, structured, solution-oriented, flexible, and have a knack for collaboration. Innovative thinking and creativity are highly valued, as is openness to change.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
