We are now looking for an administrator for a fixed-term period to join our team at the Social Administration. The unit is located in Rosendal and currently consists of five administrators, three system administrators, and one fee officer who provides administrative support to the Social Administration's operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will be part of a meaningful job where structure, service, and development are central parts. You will work closely with the operations and contribute to creating good conditions for the operations through professional administrative support.

The tasks are varied and give you the opportunity to work broadly within administration. You will, among other things, provide administrative support to unit managers within the Social Administration's operations, primarily within support functions.

Main tasks include personnel and payroll administration in Heroma, invoice management, handling of time reporting within personal assistance, some recruitment of substitutes, and scheduling.

The position involves both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

  • High school education, preferably with a focus on administration or other education that the employer deems relevant.
  • Very good system and computer skills.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package.
  • Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Desirable experiences and knowledge:

  • Experience in similar work.
  • Experience working with the systems Heroma and Unit4.
  • Knowledge of operations within support functions.
  • Experience from the public sector.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and solution-oriented in their work. You have good collaboration skills and actively contribute to a positive work environment.

As a person, you thrive with varied tasks and have a good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work in a structured and efficient manner. You have a strong sense of order and are meticulous.
