We are now looking for a Customer Coordinator for our vision correction clinic in Solna, Hagastaden for a temporary position of at least one year. In this role, you will welcome, assist, and work with sales to customers before and after examinations and surgeries. You will be a key player in the clinic to ensure that every customer feels secure and satisfied with the overall experience of their visit.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be an important part of the customers' visits and decisions regarding surgery. Your daily work mainly consists of meeting all customers who come to the clinic based on their needs and providing the best possible service. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, work towards set goals, and juggle many tasks where your duties are varied. In addition to customer interaction and sales, administrative tasks are also included – such as registering customers at the reception and optimizing booking flows.
Who you are
In this role, you should be driven by providing world-class service and working towards set goals regarding conversions and surgeries. You should easily instill confidence and create security for the customer by being as helpful as possible. We see that you are a goal-oriented person who wants to deliver results and is motivated by working with sales towards set targets.
For this role, it is advantageous if you have previously worked in sales and have experience in vision correction or ophthalmology.
