Work in an organization with an important societal mission and contribute to ensuring that the authority's information is handled correctly, securely, and accessibly? We are now looking for three registrars for the Central Registry Unit.
About the position
As a registrar, you belong to the Central Registry Unit, where you will be part of a team of about ten colleagues working with archives and registration. Together, you work for an efficient, secure, and legal handling of the County Administrative Board's documents.
As a registrar, you will work with both digital and physical registration and be responsible for ensuring that documents are handled in accordance with legislation and internal routines. The role also includes working with information security classified documents, training and support for the operations, as well as quality controls and improvement work.
You are also an important part of the process for the release of public documents and contribute to ensuring the authority's service and legal certainty.
Main tasks:
- Registration of incoming and created documents, both digital and physical.
- Handling of information security classified documents.
- Scanning, sorting, and some archiving.
- Training and support for case officers and operations.
- Development and updating of guides and checklists for the group and for case officers.
- Responsible for dialogue with departments and units regarding improvements in registration.
- Conducting and documenting quality controls.
- Responsible for the process regarding the release of public documents.
The tasks also include:
- Expediting documents.
- Handling and taking care of notifications.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Social science university education of 180 credits or 5 years of experience as a registrar full-time.
- Registration experience and good knowledge of registration.
- Knowledge of laws governing document management.
- Experience of registration within a municipality or government authority.
- Good skills and experienced user of Adobe, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams or equivalent digital tools.
- Experience of registration in diary systems such as Platina, W3D3, Public 360, or equivalent.
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing.
Meritorious:
- Registrar training – certified registrar.
- Vocational training to document controller/registrar.
- Experience of archiving.
- Experience and knowledge of case management modules and registration in Platina.
- Experience and knowledge of SharePoint.

- Is responsible and comfortable handling information with confidentiality requirements.
- Has a strong interest in society and preferably knowledge of the County Administrative Board's mission.
The employment is
The positions are permanent full-time positions with a 6-month probationary period. Start date by agreement.
