HR Partner 100% for the HR Unit

Your Responsibilities

You will primarily work with a focus on work environment and equal treatment, and as needed, handle contractual issues.

Within the specialist area of work environment, you will support managers and the agency in annual risk assessments, coordinate pulse measurements, participate as secretary in CESAM (which is the agency's collaboration body with unions), participate in work environment forums, assist in work adaptations when needed, arrange work environment delegations and training for new managers, monitor the incident reporting system, and provide support to managers based on reports.

Within the specialist area of equal treatment, you will work according to the equal treatment plan and ensure that activities related to other areas such as recruitment, salary development, and analysis are carried out.

Within the specialist area of contractual issues, you will support colleagues as needed in handling and administering various HR-related tasks. You will work in our case management system and with the County Administrative Boards' national payroll service. You will be the face of our resource mailbox and handle the release of documents.

Requirements for the Position:

  • You have an academic education in the HR field or another education we consider equivalent
  • Experience in similar areas of work as described in the assignment
  • You are an experienced system user
  • You have Swedish citizenship, but you are welcome to have a foreign background

Meritorious:

  • Previous experience of HR work from a government employer
  • Experience in rehabilitation work
  • Experience in service professions

The Employment is

A specific fixed-term employment at 100% from August until December 2026.
