We are now looking for a business developer for the business support unit, located in Sundsvall, Linköping, or Lund. You will be able to work in various types of assignments and roles, and your role may vary depending on the assignment.

The business support unit is responsible for supporting, leading, and implementing work within CSN's business development. We currently have about 50 employees spread across eight locations.

In the role of business developer, you work with a holistic perspective and drive a development that is needs-driven, cohesive, and sustainable in the long term. The assignment involves understanding how regulations, routines, and systems are interconnected and how changes in one part of the operation affect the whole. The business developer also serves as an important bridge between operations and IT, where the needs of the business are translated into clear requirements for the desired IT support.

Your tasks include:

• ensuring that our products create real value – today and in the long term,
• capturing needs and transforming them into smart business and IT solutions,
• leading and driving change from idea to implementation and follow-up.

Qualifications for the position

You have:

• a university or college degree in areas such as economics, leadership, and organization, or equivalent education. Alternatively, work experience that the employer deems equivalent,
• education in methods for business development, process development, or digitization,
• at least 5 years of relevant work experience in business and process development,
• very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written,
• good knowledge of English,
• good experience using the Office suite.

Meritorious:

• Several years of experience in business development within IT that the employer deems relevant,
• experience working with agile methods and digital service development,
• experience leading assignments and change management,
• experience in concept and information modeling,
• experience capturing and describing business requirements,
• experience working on complex assignments with many dependencies,
• experience working in larger public organizations.

You are development-oriented and have a natural drive to see improvement opportunities in the organization. With a self-directed and structured approach, you take responsibility for your tasks and drive your processes forward effectively.

You have a good overall perspective and understand how your role contributes to the organization's overall goals. In your work and decisions, you consider the bigger picture and always act with the organization's best interests in mind.

CSN offers remote work based on the needs of the organization. We meet at the office where the placement is, i.e., Sundsvall, Linköping, or Lund.
