You have experience in advanced administrative work and public administration, where you have worked in complex administrative systems while interpreting and applying relevant legislation. Experience with laws, agreements, and guidelines applicable to municipal operations is an advantage.

We would like you to have experience with administrative systems in adult education, such as the Alvis system or other admission-like systems.

You have knowledge of the regulations governing adult education and very good knowledge of public administration. You have the ability to interpret legal texts and regulations, particularly within the Education Act, Local Government Act, and the Adult Education Ordinance. You understand the importance of staying updated on legal changes that may affect your work.

You have very good skills in Excel and Word and are used to working systematically and accurately in administrative processes. You deliver tasks and results of high quality and within set deadlines.

As a person, you are structured, clear, and meticulous in your work approach. You are collaborative, share knowledge, and contribute to good teamwork. You are resilient and can maintain a calm and positive attitude even in pressured situations. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and ask for support when needed to ensure effective execution.

You are flexible and can easily adapt to new working methods, organizational changes, and different conditions. You work goal-oriented with a long-term perspective and have patience in complex processes.

You have the ability to recognize and value differences and understand how background and group affiliation can affect both yourself and others.
