For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for a Project Controller in real estate for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment where development opportunities are abundant. This is initially a consulting assignment for 12 months via Unik Resurs, with a very good chance of extension. We apply ongoing selection, which means that the assignment may be filled earlier than the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

About the Role

As a Project Controller, you will be an important part of the project organization and serve as financial support throughout the project's lifecycle. You will contribute to structure, control, and improvement of processes related to project finance.

Your main tasks

• Support project managers in the development and follow-up of forecasts, budgets, payment plans, and financial goals
• Be responsible for ongoing financial monitoring of larger construction and real estate projects
• Ensure that project milestones are followed up and that correct accounting is performed
• Contribute to the development of routines and working methods within project finance
• Prepare analyses and reports for project and management groups

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in finance or equivalent competence
• Experience as a project controller/project economist in construction or building projects
• Good understanding of project management and financial follow-up processes
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
• Good communication skills and enjoys collaborating with multiple functions

Meritorious

• Experience with SAP or other major business systems
• Experience working in larger and complex project organizations
