Job Description

As a temporary controller within Healthcare, you will work as strategic and operational support in financial matters to operational and unit managers and other result-responsible individuals. An important part is to actively participate in the analysis of the operations and to make the analysis understandable for non-economists, as well as continuously communicate financial follow-ups in a simple manner. You will work forward-looking, identify and prepare questions within the financial area for the financial manager at the center and operational management, contributing to the development and goal fulfillment of the operations by linking production data with financial results.

Within the assignment, you will work with financial planning, budgeting, and follow-ups, investment and price calculations in close collaboration with the operations. You will regularly visit the operations to gain operational knowledge, work together with various professions, and participate in joint activities for competence development and environmental monitoring together with your controller colleagues.

We need to recruit a controller for a parental leave position based in Linköping. The temporary position extends from the start date we agree on, preferably in April 2026, until August 2027, with a chance for extension/permanent position.

Work Group

You will be employed at the regional management office and belong to a unit consisting of about 25 controllers placed at centers within Healthcare.

About You

We are looking for someone with a degree in business administration or another higher education combined with experience deemed suitable for the position by the employer.

You have good knowledge and experience in accounting and the ability to analyze and explain financial information. It is advantageous if you have previously worked to support managers in financial analysis. You also have very good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, ensuring that the message gets through, reminding, and following up. You see yourself as an important part of the larger context with an engagement that challenges and contributes to concrete solutions both in the short and long term.
