Accounting Assistant

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will be part of a company that is growing and embracing modern working methods and practices. You will work broadly with both accounts receivable and accounts payable, which means you have a central role in ensuring high data quality and good relationships with both external partners and internal departments. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Management of payment flows: You are responsible for processing and matching incoming payments, which requires good analytical skills to ensure that accounts receivable is always accurate and up to date.
  • Supplier and payment processes: You handle the entire chain for supplier invoices – from arrival and coding to final payment. This also includes reconciliations and quality control in our business systems.
  • Regulating payments in accounts receivable, reminder management, and interest
  • Coding supplier invoices, matching goods invoices
  • Account reconciliations and investigations

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • Post-secondary education in finance of at least 2 years
  • A burning interest in learning new systems and tools
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, as it is required in daily dialogue with customers and colleagues
  • Experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable is an advantage

Additional Information

  • Start: Immediately
  • Scope: Full-time, 6-month consulting assignment with a chance of extension
