At Releasy, we work with outsourced customer service and are currently looking for more colleagues for our Telia assignment. About the role

As a customer service representative, you will:

  • Represent our client Telia - one of Sweden's leading companies in IT and telecommunications.
  • Receive incoming customers via phone and email. You will handle either service and billing inquiries or broadband support.
  • Actively work with sales in every customer meeting by identifying the customer's needs and offering the right solutions.

Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

Training: Basic training for 30 days combined with practical work.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary combined with commission-based bonuses linked to your sales.

Working hours: Working hours are scheduled within Telia's opening hours, which are Monday-Friday 08:00-19:15 and Saturdays 09:00-17:15.

Start: Training starts on 06-03-2026, which is also the start date for employment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a high school diploma
  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
  • Speaks and writes English at a basic level
  • Has good computer skills and preferably system knowledge
  • Experience in service or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement

We are looking for someone who enjoys working towards clear goals and has a genuine interest in customer satisfaction and sales. You are communicative and helpful, with the ability to identify problems and find solutions. To succeed in the role, you need to be curious and want to develop in a flexible and forward-thinking environment.
