As a Project Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in driving smart procurements, negotiations, and supplier selections that directly impact project outcomes. As a Project Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the entire procurement process in both national and international real estate and construction projects. The role suits you who enjoy combining strategic procurement work with operational procurements and business-driven negotiations. You will work across multiple markets and supplier groups, ensuring the right quality, cost-effectiveness, and delivery precision. You will drive your own procurement strategies, analyze markets, and build long-term relationships with suppliers. The role involves close collaboration with project management, legal, and other specialist functions, and is suitable for those who like to work independently, drive business, and actively contribute to the results of projects and the organization. Examples of tasks: -Conduct procurements of construction services, technical equipment, and engineering services -Create requests for proposals, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts -Develop and implement procurement strategies based on market and needs analyses -Manage suppliers through qualification, evaluation, and development -Ensure compliance with procurement processes and document and follow up on savings and results We are looking for someone with: 

  • YH/Bachelor's degree in construction engineering or in procurement/logistics, economics, industrial economics, or other relevant education
  • Several years of experience as a purchaser, project purchaser, or similar role combined with several years of experience in the construction industry
Meritorious:

The company provides solutions and products for producing, transmitting, and distributing energy efficiently and sustainably. The client is involved in the entire energy value chain, including power generation, renewable energy sources, power transmission, and smart grid solutions.
