The mission of the Staffing Center is to administer and staff the operations of Finspång Municipality with temporary and pool employees with good quality and efficiency.

We are now looking for staffing planners for hourly employment during the spring, with the possibility of extension over the summer of 2026.

In the department, you will work in your role together with our regular staffing planners, as well as with schedule planners, administrators, and our recruitment consultants.

Your future tasks

As a staffing planner, you will work in the temporary staffing management system Time Care Pool. Your tasks will include receiving temporary staffing requests from the operations of Finspång Municipality and then placing temporary staff and pool employees according to needs, skills, and qualifications. As a staffing planner, you will work with the needs of the operations in focus and in a legally secure manner, ensuring that legislation, routines, and guidelines are followed. You will also have daily contact with managers, employees, and temporary staff. Communication will take place via email, phone, and in Time Care Pool.

The work is scheduled during the day on both weekdays and weekends. On weekdays, you will work either from 6:00 or 6:30 AM to 2:30 or 4:30 PM. You will work every other weekend, with working hours from 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM or 3:00 PM.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has completed high school education and has good computer skills. It is an advantage if you have administrative training or equivalent, as well as experience working with staffing planning. Previous experience with Time Care Pool or a similar system is also considered an asset. You are professional and service-oriented in your role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt your work according to the changes that occur. You are structured and able to both collaborate and take responsibility in your work.

You can work hourly during the spring and possibly scheduled working hours in weeks 25-32. Introduction can take place continuously during the spring and during weeks 23-24.

A requirement for the position is very good knowledge of both spoken and written Swedish.
