Administrative Assistant to Flight Operations & Operational Training

Your Role

As an administrative assistant, you will support managers and employees within the Flight Operations & Operational Training department. The role is central to daily operations and involves close collaboration with many stakeholders, where you contribute to an efficient and well-functioning operation through a service-oriented, structured, and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

The tasks are varied, and you will work largely independently. The role includes, among other things:

• Providing administrative support, including meeting administration and the preparation of communication materials
• Ordering computers, office supplies, and other equipment
• Booking and coordinating conferences and activities, as well as participating in planning
• Managing travel bookings and orders in our IT and procurement systems
• Updating IT registers and handling fault reports
• Being responsible for consultant management

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and enjoys working independently while also appreciating collaboration in an organization with many internal and external contacts. You are communicative, flexible, and have good social skills. You work with sound judgment, high integrity, and a solution-oriented approach.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Documented experience working with the Microsoft Office suite
• High school education, preferably with a focus on economics and administration, or equivalent work experience
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (B)

If you have previous experience in a similar position, it is an advantage.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
