Do you want to be the driving force behind Svärtinge SK's continued development – both in the association and in our modern gym?

We are looking for an engaged and action-oriented Operations Manager who wants to strengthen community life, create an environment that inspires activity and togetherness, and lead the organization into the future.

As Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for both SSK Gym and the daily operations of Svärtinge SK. You are the hub that translates strategic decisions into concrete activities – and ensures that members, leaders, and staff have the best conditions. This role combines presence in the facility with clear leadership, quality focus, and good business acumen.

Your areas of responsibility

• Operations: Ensure that the association and gym's daily operations run smoothly and that activities are conducted in a modern and safe environment.
• Marketing & communication: Design campaigns, develop collaborations, and actively work with sponsors and partners.
• Finance & administration: Budget responsibility, financial follow-up, and primary responsibility for the association's daily financial tasks together with the office.
• Leadership & staff: Lead and support the three employees of the organization and ensure that our values, a good working environment, and structure permeate the operations.
• Events: Coordinate the association's cups, events, and activities together with other employees and volunteers to strengthen our local engagement.

Who are you?

You are a confident and communicative leader who enjoys both people and structure. You have experience from the fitness industry, sports, community life, or other service activities – and are passionate about developing operations, relationships, and results. Education in training, sports, finance, or leadership is an advantage.

About us

Svärtinge SK is a growing and family-oriented sports association with about 900 members.

We offer football, floorball, handball, and futsal in an inclusive environment for all ages and levels. The association focuses on both breadth and development – and we are currently in the startup phase of our own gym at Billbäcks Arena.

The position is full-time with placement in our facilities in Svärtinge. We apply a probationary period of 6 months. Salary according to agreement.
