HR Partner at 75% for the HR Unit
When you work at the County Administrative Board, you get to use your knowledge at the country's broadest authority. The County Administrative Board represents the state in the county and ensures that national goals are realized. Taking regional conditions into account, we make trade-offs between different societal interests. This is done through collaboration between experts in various fields and in cooperation with authorities, municipalities, and organizations.
At the County Administrative Board, we create societal benefits and influence societal development every day. It is an important mission, a great responsibility, and an inspiring opportunity. Let your knowledge become a force for Östergötland.
We are now looking for an HR Partner at 75% for the HR Unit.
You will belong to the HR Unit, which is part of the Department for Operational Support. The department also includes other common authority support such as legal affairs, archives, communication, finance, and GIS.
Currently, there are five employees in the HR Unit working on both HR-related assignments and other operational areas. The unit has an HR manager who is also the department head for operational support. We in the HR Unit work to provide both strategic and operational support to county management and managers across the entire HR area, and our work is divided into specialist areas.
We work within the specialist areas of work environment and equal treatment, contractual issues, competence supply, leadership, wage formation, misconduct and conflicts, rehabilitation, and recruitment. We work based on competence-based recruitment with all parts of the recruitment process and in close collaboration and dialogue with the authority's managers.
Within the specialist area of contractual issues, you work together with another colleague to handle and administer various HR-related tasks. You will work in our case management system and with the National Salary Service of the County Administrative Boards. You are the face of the unit and are responsible for our resource mailbox and handling the release of documents.

As a Person
You find it easy to collaborate while having high integrity with an approach that creates trust in the organization. The role as an employer representative is natural, just as a service-oriented attitude is.
You are self-driven and work with continuous improvements to achieve good results. You are meticulous, structured, have the ability to see the big picture, and maintain the thread throughout all our processes. You also have the ability to see what needs to be prioritized and can adapt based on the needs of the organization. As a colleague, you are quick to laugh and contribute to community and joy at work.
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
