Job responsibilities
  • Staffing and recruitment: Responsible for the entire staffing process, from needs analysis to completed assignments. Match the right consultants with the right assignments and ensure high quality in every placement. Work proactively to engage new and existing consultants, mainly via phone and LinkedIn.

  • Relationship building: Maintain and develop long-term relationships with both consultants and clients. Provide first-class service and advice to create secure and sustainable collaborations.

We are looking for someone who
  • Has at least one year of experience in a similar role within healthcare staffing, preferably with a focus on physician staffing

  • Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as it will be used in daily work

  • Is ambitious and driven to work towards set goals
