YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE
Our client is looking for a warm, service-oriented, and structured Office Manager for their Stockholm office. In this role, you will be the heart of the office and a key person in the team – responsible for creating a professional, welcoming, and inspiring work environment with a personal touch.
You will work closely with a small, agile, and international team and be part of the client's global organization, where the goal is always to deliver a first-class experience to colleagues, visitors, and partners.

YOUR ROLE
This is a hands-on role where you own the office – both operationally and culturally. Your mission is to ensure that the office runs smoothly on a daily basis while reflecting the client's brand, values, and high ambitions.
You will have varied tasks, which will include, for example:
Managing the daily operations of the office, including vendor contacts and meeting room management
Ensuring that the office is representative, welcoming, and creates an inspiring work environment
Welcoming guests such as entrepreneurs, investors, and industry colleagues
Having an eye for detail and contributing to a first-class overall experience
Collaborating closely with EAs, the Event Manager, and the Marketing team, as well as supporting smaller events and activities

You meet the following requirements:
Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
Experience with Google services
Basic IT interest and ability to solve everyday technical problems
1-2 years of practical experience as an Office Manager or similar, combined with previous relevant experience in service-oriented roles.
