This is the role for you if you want to work part-time, build a strong network, and be the face of Safely.

Your main task is simple but challenging: Find the best candidates for our role as Insurance Broker.

• Search & Selection: You scan platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn for candidates with the right attitude.

• Interviews: You conduct quick, effective phone interviews and initial meetings to sift out the gems.

• Employer Branding: You ensure that Safely is the obvious choice for young talents through great treatment throughout the recruitment process.

• Administration: You manage communication with candidates and ensure that our onboardings run smoothly.

We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career, perhaps studying HR/Human Resources or has a background in sales and recruitment.

• You are quick: You know that the best candidates disappear immediately – that's why you act quickly when an interesting application comes in.

• You are organized: You like order and structure and have a good grasp of your processes.

• Flexible part-time: The position is 50% – perfect to combine with studies or other projects.

• Central in Solna: Work from our modern office with an enthusiastic team.
