JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of Consultant Manager is varied, with days filled with everything from recruitment, staffing, administration, and personnel responsibility. You will also work with the sales and rental processes and be highly involved in creating and developing our business.

At Eterni, we work with both collective and salaried sides, your focus will be on the collective side within our business areas of industry, logistics, and technology. Therefore, we are looking for someone who preferably has experience in one of these business areas. In addition, you will also work with both new and existing customers in the region.

Since we believe that the person who can best plan their work is you, you will have full trust to plan your workweek as you think is best for you, best for Eterni, and for our customers, consultants, and candidates.

Around you, you have a competent and positive team of about 15 people, active in Ljungby, Värnamo, Jönköping, Vetlanda, Växjö, Malmö, and Växjö.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Those who take on this challenge are likely educated in HR, sales, leadership, or another relevant field. In addition, you have good experience working with personnel, preferably from production or warehouse operations. You have a genuine interest in people and their development as well as good business understanding and preferably also sales experience.

We are looking for someone with good leadership skills who can inspire and motivate their team, create a safe and clear work environment, and drive the business forward with both engagement and responsibility.

Furthermore, you have a natural way when it comes to customer and candidate relationships, you meet everyone with a smile and have a genuine interest in building long-term good relationships with both customers and consultants/employees and candidates.

To thrive and perform well in the role of Consultant Manager, we see the following as good prerequisites:

• Previous work experience in production, warehousing, and/or logistics.

• Previous experience in leadership and/or personnel responsibility. For example, you have previously worked as a team or work leader in the above industry or operational areas.

• Good administrative skills.

• Driver's license, we have a pool car that is used for customer and consultant visits.

• Competitive instinct and the ability to manage and shift focus and increase pace when required.

• Be a sound, secure, and trustworthy person who enjoys leading and coaching other people.

Furthermore, you are a relationship builder who enjoys working both in teams and independently. As a person, you are positive, humble, and hardworking. You put "the team before yourself" and enjoy a wide variety of tasks in your daily work. You are creative, solution-oriented, business-minded, outgoing, and meticulous.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position is a permanent employment where you will primarily work from Eterni's office at World Trade Center in Oceanhamnen, a truly fantastic working environment.
