About this job opening
You will work on both the development and management of internal systems and have overall responsibility for one or more systems. The role involves participating in technical decisions, long-term planning, and ensuring that the systems are developed in line with business needs. You will act as an important link between technology and business, influencing workflows, tools, and processes within software development. In this role, you will:

• Have overall responsibility for one or more systems, including technical choices and long-term planning.
• Be involved in requirements management together with the business and users.
• Contribute to and drive improvements in processes, tools, and workflows within software development.

What we expect from you
You are a responsible and solution-oriented developer who enjoys seeing the big picture. You like to take ownership, drive improvements, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Combining technology, structure, and business understanding motivates you. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has:

• Strong knowledge of Java programming.
• Experience in requirements management in close collaboration with the business and users.
• Experience in system architecture and design.
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
