Bilmånsson is a dealer of Volvo, Renault, Dacia, Polestar, and Kia. We currently have about 350 employees and are located in Eslöv, Hörby, Ängelholm, Kristianstad, Ystad, Lund, and soon also in Hässleholm.

About the positionAs a Central Claims Advisor, you play an important role in ensuring an efficient, accurate, and customer-focused handling of digital claims cases. You serve as the hub in the digital claims flow and are responsible for both photo inspections and invoicing. The role also involves supporting physical inspections when needed and contributing to creating a uniform and high-quality claims process throughout the organization.
You work closely with local claims centers and other functions to ensure good collaboration and high customer satisfaction. The assignment also includes contributing to the development of digital working methods and keeping yourself updated on insurance terms, systems, and tools used in claims management.
QualificationsExperience in claims management, preferably with a focus on digital inspections.
Good understanding of claims processes and invoicing.
Familiarity with claims management systems and digital platforms.
Ability to work independently, structured, and with high accuracy.
Experience with customer contact and physical inspections is an advantage.
Detail-oriented and quality-conscious.
Service-oriented and communicative in both internal and external contacts.
Flexible and solution-oriented with the ability to adapt to different situations.
Enjoys working both independently and in a team.

Employment type, scope, and locationThe position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probationary period. We can offer a location at one of our larger branches: Eslöv, Ystad, Ängelholm, and Kristianstad.
