JOB DESCRIPTION

As a medical secretary, you are a key person in our organization. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Writing medical records and documentation
• Managing patient administration, waiting lists, and appointments
• Telephone service and contact with patients
• Administrative support to the various professional groups in the organization
• Scheduling and other healthcare administration
• If needed: support at the reception with simpler patient flows and service

You will work both independently and in close collaboration with the team to contribute to a safe and efficient healthcare environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an educated medical secretary/healthcare administrator
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has good IT skills
• Works carefully, structured, and service-oriented

Meritorious:

• Experience with Cambio Cosmic
• Multilingualism, especially in English
• Experience working in primary care or other healthcare settings
