About the Position

As a Seed Assistant, you will work as the spider in the web of the Seed Unit. Your main responsibility will be the administration and management of our business system, and the important work of ensuring that the right seeds reach our nurseries. You will also be involved in seed sales, providing our seed customers with the highest service and proper guidance for upcoming regeneration. Together with your colleagues, you will also play an important role in the unit's work with seed and germination analyses and seed deliveries. You will work in a small team and have the ability to work independently within the framework of assigned tasks. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.

The location is Lagan, Ljungby municipality.

About You

You have a few years of experience in administrative work and good computer skills. Experience with the business system D365 is considered an advantage. It is also beneficial if you have previously worked with documentation, established structures, and driven digital improvement work. Experience from the green sector or a forestry background is a plus. We place great importance on your personality. Qualities such as being engaged, driven, service-oriented, meticulous, and task-focused are important for the position. As a person, you are positive, good at independently planning and driving your tasks, have customer focus, thrive on change, and find it easy to collaborate in a small group.
