VALIDI is the accounting firm of the new era, we are growing and have a high demand for our services, which is why we need more employees based at our office in Växjö, but there is also the possibility to work from one of our other offices in Anderstorp, Jönköping, or Halmstad.

We offer varied tasks within our service offerings with opportunities to work on assignments in different industries and with various clients of varying sizes. Our assignment processes differ depending on the client and service content, but the majority of our clients work in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Therefore, the work can be done remotely, at the client's company, or from the office, creating opportunities for you as an employee for a flexible and varied job in an exciting and promising environment.

Common assignments at VALIDI:

• Accounting services including ongoing bookkeeping, monthly closings, reporting, taxes, analyses, etc.
• Accounting services for annual closings and annual reports as well as income tax returns.
• Consulting and implementation in business development regarding work processes, business systems, and digitization.
• Resource reinforcement or consulting for companies' finance departments. We strengthen financial functions in roles such as accounting economist, payroll administrator, controller, or CFO, etc.

Who you are and what skills you bring will form the basis for your tasks.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in an operational, supportive, or developing role.
• Interest in business systems, digitization, and business development.
• Understanding of financial processes.
• Post-secondary education in finance, IT, systems, or another relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Experience in previous consulting roles, preferably from an accounting firm or as an IT consultant/project manager within business systems, is an advantage.
