As an administrator responsible for the switchboard, you play a central role in the organization and are often the first point of contact for the municipality's residents. The role combines service, administration, and technical management of mobile devices, among other tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the municipality's switchboard and handle incoming calls
  • Provide professional and service-oriented support via phone
  • Forward and distribute cases to the appropriate function
  • Administer and manage mobile phones and tablets
  • Configure, register, and update devices
  • Manage subscriptions and related documentation
  • Document cases and ensure accurate information in internal systems

Areas of Responsibility

  • Ensure high availability and good service in the switchboard
  • Maintain structure and order regarding mobile devices
  • Provide administrative and technical support to the organization

Competence Profile

  • Experience in customer service, switchboard, or administrative work
  • Basic technical knowledge, especially regarding mobile phones and tablets
  • Good familiarity with systems and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded
  • You speak and write Swedish fluently with high linguistic accuracy, as you represent the organization daily over the phone. You also have very good English and can switch naturally between the languages.
