About the Position

We are looking for a relationship-building and results-oriented supervisor to join our team in Ljungby! Your mission will be to guide, motivate, and support participants in their daily lives and development, both individually and in groups.

Job Description

Guide and coach participants in their personal and professional development
Plan and conduct activities, workshops, and discussions
Build and develop a solid network of employers in Ljungby and surrounding areas
Collaborate with colleagues and external actors to create the best possible support
Follow up and document according to applicable guidelines and contribute to the organization's goal fulfillment

We are looking for someone who

Has relevant education that meets the requirements according to the Employment Service's regulations. Option 1: Bachelor's degree 180 credits + 2 years of work experience or Option 2: 1 year of post-secondary studies + three years of relevant experience in recruitment, guidance, labor market, etc.
Has or can create a strong employer network
Is well-versed in the regular education systems
Is inspiring, driven, attentive, business-minded, and has good communication skills
Can work independently but also contribute to good teamwork
Has excellent Swedish in speech and writing; other languages are an advantage

Scope

Full-time/part-time with start date according to agreement.
