Team Leader Sales Support at Burde Publishing AB
We continue our growth initiative and are now looking for a Team Leader for Sales Support who wants to help elevate our lifestyle products to the next level!
Burde Publishing is the rebel that became the largest in the industry! Today, we are the largest calendar supplier in the Nordic region and are now expanding into new markets while broadening our product range with many undated products. Our products assist our customers with their planning, help families with the daily juggling act, support career-driven individuals in focusing on their goals and ambitions, or provide artists with the time they need for creativity.
About the Role
As Team Leader Sales Support, you will be responsible for staffing, task distribution, and goal fulfillment for our employees in Sales Support. Your operational work includes price and assortment lists, statistics and quotation work, database maintenance, and product schedules. You will also handle orders/returns/invoicing, internal ordering of sales materials, article administration, coordinating new assortments, and assisting customer service, field sales representatives, and sales leaders as needed.
The role has process ownership for sales in our newly implemented business system Jeeves ERP, which means being a support for employees and working with manuals, development, and testing. You will collaborate extensively with other departments, and the work will primarily be done in Excel, the business system, and PIM.
For all tasks, you should focus on how we can best simplify and streamline processes. Since we partially operate in a seasonal business, your tasks may vary somewhat depending on the time of year. Together with your 3 colleagues in Sales Support, you will be part of our Sales Team and report to our Sales Leader.
About You
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in administrative tasks, who enjoys system development and feels comfortable being the “spider in the web” for both small and large tasks. You create trust and calm within the team and are attentive. You enjoy working both independently and in a group. A strong personality trait of yours is structure, and you are meticulous with delivery and deadlines. Your experience in sales-related activities allows you to easily understand the customer's situation. Through your engagement and personal drive, you contribute to putting the company on the world map and share our motto that every individual should have the opportunity to develop to their full potential.
