The forensic psychiatric regional clinic has both regional and national intake and is one of the five regional clinics in the country. Most of the patients are referred by the court for care. The clinic also receives patients from the correctional system who need psychiatric care and treatment. The operation consists of 11 inpatient units and one outpatient unit. There is also research and development for clinical research at the clinic. A total of about 450 people with various professions work with us.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR consultant, you will be the closest support for managers in the HR area. You will primarily work with recruitment and coordinate the clinic's hourly employees. The clinic has about 150 hourly employees, which requires follow-up on, among other things, priority rights, salary reviews, training initiatives, safety talks, etc. You will also have other tasks within the HR area such as labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, contract interpretation, and leadership development. You will have close cooperation with the clinic's HR consultant and HR coordinator, who will also be your closest manager.

The working method is mainly consultative, but we also work to implement, develop, and follow up on guidelines and routines within the entire personnel policy area.

As an HR consultant in forensic psychiatry, you will have an interesting and varied HR job. The position is a temporary replacement for parental leave for about 1 year.

QUALIFICATIONS

We see that you have a PA degree or equivalent academic education with at least 15 credits in labor law. Experience from previous HR work and knowledge of the contractual area for municipalities and regions is considered an advantage.

As a person, we see that you are proactive and see opportunities instead of obstacles. We also see that you can work both independently and in a group. Likewise, you have good communication skills and can create good and trusting relationships. You also have a perspective characterized by a holistic view.
