About the Position
As a customer service representative, you are an important contact for both individuals and companies who have questions about their shipments. You respond via phone, email, and chat – always aiming to provide a pleasant and clear response.
You will receive thorough training and start with one area at a time, so you have time to feel secure in the role. Here we work step by step, with support from both experienced colleagues and present managers.

Your Main Responsibilities
As a customer service representative, your task is to provide support and answer questions from both individuals and companies sending or receiving packages. You will communicate via phone, email, and chat – and your ability to listen, solve problems, and create security is the most important.
You will receive proper training when you start and learn one area at a time. This gives you time to get into the job and grow in the role at your own pace. You will always have colleagues and managers close at hand to support you along the way.

Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a high school education.
- Preferably has previous experience in service, customer contact, or administration.
- Enjoys collaborating, is meticulous, and has a solution-focused approach.
- Has good computer skills – even if you are not a technician.
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish, and has good knowledge of English.
