Part-Time Staff for Hertz

We are now looking for part-time staff for Hertz and our car rental station who can come in and work at short notice due to illness or increased demand. Do you enjoy meeting people, providing excellent service, and are skilled in planning and problem-solving? Then this job is for you! The station is open 365 days a year.

About the Position

The primary responsibilities include:

Damage management.
Preparing our cars between rentals (washing, cleaning, and basic maintenance).
Car deliveries and daily planning of the station's available fleet.
Customer interaction.

Occasionally, the following may also be included:

General customer service and basic financial reporting.

Who Are You?

We value qualities such as organizational skills, initiative, resilience, a positive mindset, and good team spirit, meaning it is important to contribute to a good collaboration. We view previous similar work experience positively, but the most important thing is that you want to learn and genuinely want to create a good customer experience. You need to be self-driven and able to see what needs to be done and where you can provide support.

You must have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, be proficient in English in both spoken and written form, have a sense of logistics, and have held a driver's license for at least 1 year. A B driver's license for manual transmission is required. For this position, you must be a student or have another primary occupation.

Scope and Location

Working hours are varied as needed, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. The base location is Växjö, but driving to and from other locations may occur as part of the job.
