About the role

We at Burde are now looking for an experienced and results-oriented International Business Developer/Key Account Manager who will play a crucial role in shaping our global growth strategy. You will do this by identifying, developing, and establishing new markets and business relationships outside the Nordics, as well as deepening relationships with existing key customers in the business area and strengthening these long-term. The role is both strategic and operational, and you will develop and implement strategic marketing & customer plans while coordinating internal resources to deliver customer solutions that drive growth. In your role, you will be responsible for goal setting, budget, forecasts, and follow-up on results; you are driven by analyzing market trends and customer data to optimize your sales strategy. You will also negotiate contracts and ensure long-term profitability for our international customers. You will belong to our Sales Team together with other colleagues working in the Swedish & Nordic markets.

About you

We are looking for someone with a university degree in economics or marketing and at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales in roles such as International Business Development or Key Account Manager targeting larger international clients. You have documented good sales results and experience with CRM systems. Your analytical ability and competence in translating insights into concrete strategies, along with your experience in handling extensive deals and long sales cycles, will be clear success factors.

As a person, you are self-driven, proactive, and structured, thriving in a dynamic environment where we work in teams to solve tasks. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently, and you have a command of business German. If you speak additional languages, it is an advantage.
