What You Will Be Working On

Östers IF is facing an exciting future as we continue to build a strong and modern association together with our partners and our growing business network, Österfamiljen. As a corporate salesperson with us, you will play a central role in this work.

You will drive and develop relationships with our existing partners while actively seeking out and engaging companies that are not yet part of our community. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating our offerings, following up on agreed commitments, and ensuring that our partners receive the value they expect.

You will work continuously in our CRM system, plan and execute partner activities, and be a natural representative for Östers IF in external networks and business environments in the region. Here, you will build new relationships, identify collaborations, and be an important ambassador for the association. This is a direct recruitment to Östers IF.

Who Do We Think You Are?

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you are someone who appreciates building long-term relationships and creating clear results. You have previous experience in B2B (Business to Business) sales and feel comfortable working in a structured and goal-oriented manner.

New customer acquisition is something you see as a natural part of your daily routine, and you do not hesitate to pick up the phone to create new contacts. You should be able to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and have basic system familiarity. We would like you to have experience with the Office suite, and it is a plus if you have worked in any business-oriented sales system. A driver's license and access to a car to some extent are required for the position.

About the Company

The association Östers IF was founded on April 20, 1930, in the Öster district of Växjö. The club has won Allsvenskan four times and the Swedish Cup once. Since the fall of 2012, the team has played at the state-of-the-art Spiris Arena, which has a capacity of 12,000 spectators. The representative team played in Allsvenskan in 2025 and also conducts a large youth and academy program for boys and girls.

Starting from the 2026 season, there will again be a women's team in league play. For several years, the association has also been conducting extensive sustainability work with the goal of creating a football association for all people in society. The association currently has three wholly-owned subsidiaries that manage property development, restaurant and conference operations, as well as events related to elite football.
