Your Responsibilities

C. Gunnarssons Verkstads AB is a family-owned company with over 75 years of experience in developing and delivering customized machines and solutions for timber handling in the sawmill industry. With around 50 dedicated employees, we continue to grow – and now we are looking for you to take on the role of technical sales support / estimator.

In this role, you will be a central part of our organization and work closely with both salespeople and project managers. Together, you will ensure that our estimates and quotes maintain the highest quality and provide the right conditions for each project. You will serve as an important bridge between sales, design, and production, and have significant opportunities to influence both work methods and results. For the right person, there are also good opportunities for further development and eventually taking on even greater responsibility in the process.

The work is varied and includes preparing estimates and quotes, registering and managing orders, and maintaining contact with our subcontractors for price inquiries. You will also be a valuable support to our field salespeople and have ongoing dialogue with customers via phone and email. The role also includes some administrative tasks related to sales, and you will work in our business system, Jeeves.

This role is a direct recruitment to C. Gunnarssons Verkstads AB, with a probationary period applied.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a technical or economic education at least at the high school level and preferably experience from similar roles. You are comfortable with digital workflows and have good system skills; experience with Jeeves ERP and strong Excel skills are advantageous. Above all, you are a social, structured, and curious person who enjoys being in a role where you can influence work methods and contribute to continuous improvements.

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
