JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute at our Customer Center during the summer and also as a temporary employee throughout the year. You will work with receiving and registering reports of issues, renting out apartments, and other related tasks. The work involves customer reception in person, via phone, and email, as well as other administrative tasks. The Customer Center is the channel for most inquiries, and answering general questions is therefore part of the job. You will solve tasks together with a cheerful team that works daily towards set goals and routines.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a sense of service and good collaboration skills. You are a positive, outgoing person with a good ability to plan and prioritize your work. You enjoy taking responsibility and have a solution-oriented approach to work. To thrive in this position, it is important that you have a good ability to build strong relationships, as the role involves many external and internal contacts within the organization. Good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required.

OTHER

Temporary position for about 8-10 weeks, from mid-June to the end of August 2025. In addition, we hope you will be a resource for us throughout the rest of the year.
