Investigator for the Strategy and Planning Unit

We are now looking for an investigator for the Strategy and Planning Unit. Strategy and Planning is part of the healthcare director's staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an investigator within the healthcare staff, you will play a central role in investigating and analyzing various types of cases within the administration. You will work closely with management and other departments within healthcare to ensure that decisions are made on a correct basis and in accordance with applicable rules and guidelines.

You are responsible for producing and presenting decision-making materials and reports to both management and the committee organization. The position also includes some administrative handling of, among other things, grants to associations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university or college degree in social sciences, such as political science, public administration, or other education deemed equivalent. You need to have good knowledge of investigative and development work, preferably with experience from politically governed organizations. Knowledge of relevant legislation, decision-making processes in regions or municipalities, and experience with the document and case management system Platina is an advantage.

You are structured, meticulous, and have the ability to see the big picture. You enjoy driving development, both independently and in a group, and are used to leading meetings and presenting information. You express yourself well in speech and writing and produce high-quality documents.

We value high integrity, responsiveness, and good collaboration skills. Building a good relationship and trust with the parties you need to gather information from and collaborate with is crucial for success in the role. Since the tasks are diverse and conditions sometimes change, you need to be able to shift focus and reprioritize when necessary. This requires you to be able to organize and plan your work well.
