About the Role

At Curonova Consulting AB, we are looking for a goal-oriented, independent, and solution-oriented TSL Coach to join our team and work with the transition fund TSL. This is a part-time position at 50% (at times more than 50%) with immediate start.

In the role of TSL Coach, you will contribute to individual development and provide support and creative solutions to achieve the common goal – to help our participants find their next job or pursue studies. You will do this by motivating, supporting, establishing plans, and following up on efforts aimed at bringing participants closer to the job market, both individually and in groups.

A significant part of the job involves actively seeking job opportunities by building a network with local companies and employers. The role also includes administration in the form of documentation and reporting.

The position involves working throughout the county with colleagues in various locations, as well as in other parts of the country. You will also be part of a helpful and supportive team of Career Matchers and TSL Coaches at Curonova's other offices.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with at least seven years of work experience equivalent to full-time. In the last seven years, you should have worked at least three years equivalent to full-time in transition and have a good understanding of the local job market.

To qualify for the position, you also need to have at least 180 credits from a university/college or equivalent from a vocational school in areas such as human resources, sociology, business administration, or pedagogy, or at least one year of post-secondary education in areas such as labor and labor market issues, career guidance, or recruitment.

We prefer that you have a broad business network in the local area. You are fearless, unpretentious, and see opportunities where others see limitations. You take significant personal responsibility and are persistent and patient, always striving to achieve set goals. You also have good communication skills and are service-oriented, finding joy and motivation in helping others. Additionally, you are structured and possess good administrative skills. Having good IT skills and digital knowledge is a significant advantage.

To be considered for this role, you need to have a driver's license and access to a car, and be residing in Kronoberg County. As the employment rate may change during periods (to exceed 50%), it is important that you are flexible regarding working hours.
