YOU ARE IMPORTANT

As an Offer Administrator at Elitfönster, you will become a valued colleague and an important part of our Customer Service Consumer department in Växjö. You will work with attractive brands such as Elitfönster, Diplomat, Outline, and Hajom while your commitment to service and sales contributes to the company's continued growth. Your genuine interest in our customers creates safe and long-term relationships characterized by trust.

WE OFFER

In Customer Service, we handle the entire sales flow from quotes and follow-ups to support and order placement. We offer you a multifaceted job with exciting tasks where you repeatedly work with innovative solutions based on customer needs and wishes, within the framework of our products and services. As an Offer Administrator, you belong to a team where you collectively work towards overarching goals and learn from each other. Striving to achieve set goals and KPIs is an active part of our work, as is building good relationships with our resellers in the area. Close dialogue and collaboration with other functions within the organization contribute to making your everyday life varied and interesting.

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month initial probationary period. In your role, you will report to the Group Manager of Customer Service Consumer. The location is in our pleasant offices in the I11 area in Växjö.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a high school diploma. It is an advantage if you have experience in similar tasks and/or post-secondary education, preferably with a technical focus.
• Experience in the construction industry and/or window knowledge is an advantage.
• You have good computer skills and navigate easily between different systems.
• You are fluent in Swedish and have a good understanding of English in both spoken and written form.
