Order and Production Planner

Jefferson Wells is now looking for an Order and Production Planner for a consulting assignment at a manufacturing company in Lessebo. The company consists of about 20 employees, and the role is very close to operations. You will work on-site in production and be a central function between customers, production, and business systems. This is not a managerial role, but an operational key role with significant responsibility.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining ongoing contact with customers regarding needs, delivery times, and technical solutions
• Preparing calculations and quotation materials
• Registering and managing orders in the business system
• Planning production in Pyramid based on customer orders
• Distributing work among staff and machines
• Creating work documentation for production
• Following up on ongoing business and deliveries
• Ordering transports and optimizing transport flows
• Being responsible for purchasing input materials
• Working closely with production in daily operations
• Participating in quality and environmental work according to established routines

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who enjoys a broad and operational role where you can work closely with both customers and production. You are structured, business-minded, and have a knack for planning and prioritizing.

We would like you to have:

• Experience from the manufacturing industry
• Experience in order management, production planning, or customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with business systems, preferably Pyramid
• Experience in calculations and quotation work
• The ability to work independently in a smaller organization
• A practical and solution-oriented approach
