Since its launch in May 2022, Maskinera has shown incredible results and their expansion curve is skyrocketing. Therefore, they are now looking for more Sales Machine Brokers in Kronoberg.
In the role of Machine Broker, you are the spearhead of Maskinera's organization. You spend most of your days out with customers as well as in your home office. With your company car and phone as your primary tools, you prospect, contact, and visit new and existing customers daily. You will be responsible for the entire sales process from start to finish. Building and maintaining your own customer relationships is something you prioritize highly.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and initiate contact with new customers.
- Drive the sales process forward.
- Work according to set goals to contribute to increased expansion and customer satisfaction.
- Create trustworthy and advisory relationships with customers.
- Maintain your existing customer base and work with upselling.
- Document and report sales activities.
This is an independent role supported by competent and driven colleagues. You will be the face of the company and hold one of the most important roles in the organization.
Candidate Profile
We believe you have experience in sales, either B2B or B2C, and want to join a company in the startup phase. You are results-oriented and love to work under the philosophy of “freedom with responsibility.”
If you are not currently in sales, you may still fit in at Maskinera; we believe your personality is the most important! Furthermore, we value if you:
- Have a strong drive, desire, and interest in sales.
- Are social, outgoing, and have high energy.
- Are competitive and do not give up easily.
- Are comfortable making contact both over the phone and in face-to-face meetings.
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
