Who are we? ProfilGruppen is a Swedish publicly listed company that develops and manufactures customized components and profiles in aluminum. Our business is characterized by personal commitment, speed, responsiveness, and professionalism. We aim to make progress every day and take the company to the next level. Today, the group has approximately 540 employees, with its headquarters in Åseda, Småland. Our customers come from a wide variety of industries, primarily in the Northern European market. The turnover amounts to approximately 2.5 billion Swedish kronor, and about half of our deliveries are exported.
About the role
For one of our sales departments, we are looking for someone who is driven to find new business opportunities and enjoys working in a team consisting of salespeople, sales technicians, sales support, and construction. Together, you will tackle customer requirements and expectations and continuously develop sales to the next level for both existing and new customers. As an Account Manager at ProfilGruppen, you will be commercially responsible for the customer and the driving team captain in each customer team.
The role involves responsibility for quotes, annual agreements, budgeting, and profitability. As an Account Manager, you will have many points of contact both externally and internally, where the level of coordination and clarity will be keys to being successful in the position. The role reports to the head of the Customer Service Center. You can expect a manager who works with freedom under responsibility and a methodical and coaching approach. We offer great freedom to structure and plan your workday independently. Meeting customers from various segments makes your job varied, inspiring, and challenging. The position is based at our headquarters in Åseda.
Qualifications
· Technical university degree or practical technical experience.
· Experience in B2B sales
· Negotiation skills
· Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
· Good IT skills.
· Experience from manufacturing companies is desirable
· Leadership experience is an advantage
