As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you are responsible for ensuring that the store shelves are always well-stocked and that the products are displayed in a sales-oriented manner. Your main tasks include:

• Restocking and maintaining products
• Checking signage and re-exposing products as needed
• Ordering products and following up on inventory status
• Contacting store staff and ensuring the store's needs are met
• Working independently in-store and possibly visiting multiple stores in a day

In this role, freedom with responsibility is important - you plan and carry out your work independently but always have support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time approximately 2h/week. In addition, you have the opportunity to work extra in our substitute pool. The start date for the position is in March.

To thrive in this role, we see that you:

• Have an interest in grocery retail and enjoy a physically active job
• Are solution-oriented, communicative, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working independently and changing environments throughout the workday
• Are an early riser - we start workdays early in the morning
• Have a driver's license and access to your own car as you will be visiting stores in Kristianstad, Bromölla, Fjälkinge, and Åhus

Meritorious:

• Previous experience working in a store or in grocery retail
