Invacare Rea is looking for two summer interns for Planning & Sales Support

We are looking for two engaged and friendly colleagues for Planning & Sales Support at our distribution center in Diö.

Responsibilities and Tasks

As a summer intern in Planning & Sales Support, you will be part of a service-oriented team in an international environment. You will have close communication with Invacare's sales team as well as with other functions within the organization and act as the spider in the web to provide our customers with the best possible service.

Your workday is exciting and varied, including order management, planning, customer support, and transport issues.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a clear customer focus and enjoy working in a varied, fast-paced environment. You are analytical and have the ability to prioritize and structure your tasks. Building good relationships with our customers as well as internal colleagues is a given for you. You are a strong team player who is always professional in your actions.

You take initiative, are independent, and take responsibility. To thrive in this role, you need to effectively manage large administrative flows, ensuring that you complete and address issues with maintained accuracy and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with completed or ongoing post-secondary education. Previous experience in customer service and planning in an international environment is an advantage. You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.

You will experience an experienced team that is always ready to lend a helping hand when needed. Here, aids such as hospital beds, walkers, scooters, wheelchairs, and hygiene aids are assembled and distributed. The products are exported from here to almost the entire world, with a focus on the Nordic countries. Our factory is located opposite the train station in Diö, and there are good commuting options, taking about 5 minutes from Älmhult and about 30 minutes from Växjö and Hässleholm. Nearby, there are also many scenic areas for lunch walks.

You will report to the Team Leader Planning and Sales Support.
