We are looking for a business-driven Inside Sales Representative at MiniFinder in Växjö!
Are you a salesperson who combines high activity with professional business acumen? At MiniFinder in Växjö, we develop market-leading IoT solutions for GPS tracking. We are now looking for an Inside Sales Representative who enjoys driving the entire sales process digitally and building trust with decision-makers.
About the role
As an inside sales representative with us, you will play a central role in our continued expansion. Currently, we have a sales manager and a senior salesperson focusing on our largest contracts, resellers, and distributors. This means you will be the key person in driving sales of security technology to an important target group of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, creating a concrete plan for your outreach, and independently driving the entire sales process from start to finish. You will work from our modern office in Växjö, where the phone and web meetings are your primary tools.
The role requires you to switch between a fast pace in prospecting and a high level of professionalism in your digital customer meetings with various decision-makers.
Your main responsibilities:
- Handling incoming leads: Quickly and systematically follow up on inquiries to close deals.
- Proactive outreach: Identify potential customers, create your own activity plan, and build your customer portfolio.
- Web meetings & demos: Conduct professional digital product presentations for decision-makers.
- The sales process: Own the entire chain from first contact and needs analysis to quote and closure.
- Administration & CRM: Responsible for documenting your activities and keeping our CRM system updated.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a sales role and understands the importance of being well-prepared and professional in every customer interaction, whether via phone or video.
Requirements for the position:
- Experience: You have several years of experience in B2B sales (preferably within the security industry, telecommunications, IT, or other technical sales).
- Goal-oriented: You are accustomed to working towards clear key performance indicators (KPIs) and can demonstrate that you meet your sales and activity goals.
- Language: You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Digital proficiency: You are skilled at delivering presentations via web tools and see the phone as an effective work tool.
- Structure: You work purposefully and see meticulous CRM management as a given.
Meritorious:
- Experience in the security industry or selling related technology (e.g., security technology, telecommunications, or IT).
- Previous experience working in a fast-growing company with a high pace.
